Draft Assessment: Bradley

Bradley could be this season’s villain. In his bio, the three words that describe him are “ambitious, impatient, and astute”. He also likes to “roast people” and his pet peeves are “stupid people and people who think they know everything.” He compares himself to Spencer Bledsoe (fourth place in Survivor: Cagayan, runner-up in Survivor: Cambodia), but also acknowledges that he needs to be careful not to make people feel irrelevant as Spencer did. On one level, Bradley seems to have a level of self-awareness that could serve him well, but he also needs to keep his more negative qualities to himself. Otherwise, he could paint a target on his back for coming across as too devious or manipulative.

Bottom line: If Bradley displays his positive side to his tribe, he could make it far due to his intelligence and familiarity with the game. However, if he does play a similar game to Spencer, then it will be difficult for him to win because he will struggle making connections with his other tribemates. It might be a good idea to draft Bradley, but choosing him as Sole Survivor would be a risk.
